I do many things in the realms of art, both traditional and digital, sewing, and writing. I graduated from the University of South Florida in 2011 and have a Bachelors of Arts in English with a concentration in Creative Writing. My experience with workshopping, producing work for publication, and readings has familiarized me with teamwork, editing, deadlines, and attention to detail.
I am also a self-taught artist, crafter, and amateur seamstress.
A love of all things equine steadies me. I know that I do not have to be purely one thing or the other but that I can be purely myself and remember to dance and laugh when I’m happy. I try my best to let my actions give volume to my words, rather than let what I say fall on deaf ears because my feet are still.
This blog is focused on my creative process. It is meant to show projects I am working on, brief articles on things that interest me, and research I may conduct for any number of reasons. Because I find inspiration in most things I interact with, expect a wide variety of topics to be addressed here. The projects include art (digital and traditional), writing excerpts, sewing, and crafts. Another large part of my life are horses and they inspire a lot of what I do, even if the result of a project has nothing to do at all with horses.
I intend for there to be a post or at least a picture once every week. If there will not be a post I will try and let you know the week before.
